Leesman engaged Hertalis to help support the rapid growth of their business.

Founded in 2010, Leesman provides organisations with a business intelligence tool to measure and benchmark employee experience in the workplace.

We worked closely with their CFO, Divyang Mistry & head of research, Peggie Rothe to find & secure two key new hires.

  • Our team created co-branded social media posts & marketing literature to explain more about the company for interested candidates
  • For each role, we built a target candidate profile to help us stay on track with the search. We also researched competitor firms that we would be headhunting from
  • We approached in excess of 100 people for each role. Our team carried out rigorous telephone screening to narrow this down to a longlist of c.15 candidates who we met in person for a more detailed interview
  • Leesman received candidate CVs in drip fed weekly batches to help manage their time & availability for interviews. Hertalis handled feedback to all candidates and remained on call for any questions or support required through client-side interviews.
