Founded in 2010, Leesman provides organisations with a business intelligence tool to measure and benchmark employee experience in the workplace.
We worked closely with their CFO, Divyang Mistry & head of research, Peggie Rothe to find & secure two key new hires.

- For each role, we built a target candidate profile to help us stay on track with the search. We also researched competitor firms that we would be headhunting from
- We approached in excess of 100 people for each role. Our team carried out rigorous telephone screening to narrow this down to a longlist of c.15 candidates who we met in person for a more detailed interview
- Leesman received candidate CVs in drip fed weekly batches to help manage their time & availability for interviews. Hertalis handled feedback to all candidates and remained on call for any questions or support required through client-side interviews.
